Perfect Pipe Specifications

Perfect Pipe is conventional RCP lined with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic lining that protects the concrete from corrosion in municipal wastewater systems. The pipe joints are connected by an internal connector that requires no field welding. Perfect Pipe combines the product benefits of robust concrete and durable synthetic liners; the ideal combination of a structure and a conduit. Perfect Pipe is also available as a wet cast, high-quality jacking pipe in a wide range of sizes.

Joints
Traditional bell-spigot joint with external load distribution rubber and internal plastic coupler utilizing two tilting edge gaskets. Designed to withstand 36 psi pressure.
