401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Saving for retirement can be difficult. To encourage employees to save, Northwest Pipe Company sponsors a 401(k) plan with immediate matching contributions from the Company after three months of employment. Employees are always 100% vested in both their own savings and the Company’s contributions.
