Strategic acquisition of water technology company expands ability to provide water infrastructure solutions

Northwest Pipe Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Park Environmental Equipment, LLC (“ParkUSA”), a leading manufacturer of water technologies and equipment for built environments and infrastructure. This acquisition adds an extensive line of water, wastewater, and environmental products to the growing Northwest Pipe Company portfolio of water infrastructure solutions.

“We are excited to have completed the acquisition of ParkUSA, a technology leader in the water infrastructure market. Park produces water and wastewater control systems as well as water-related environmental solutions products,” said Scott Montross, President and CEO of Northwest Pipe Company. “They also produce precast concrete vaults and fabricated steel housings that serve as containment units for the majority of their products, employing some of the same capabilities as our existing Northwest Pipe plants. As a result, we will be focused on bringing the production of ParkUSA’s products to our legacy facilities.”

Previously a privately held company, ParkUSA was founded in 1984 in Houston, Texas, by the Eberly family. ParkUSA’s three existing Texas manufacturing facilities located in Houston, Ferris, and San Antonio will continue operations and further serve the steadily growing Texas market.

ParkUSA’s full line of advanced water technologies includes stormwater, wastewater, fire protection, pump lift, and process system products. In addition to a range of innovative products, ParkUSA brings 37 years of manufacturing experience and valuable, long-lasting collaborative relationships with municipalities, architects, engineers, and contractors.

This acquisition bolsters Northwest Pipe’s capacity to serve our clients in meeting the high demand for specialized products that ensure effective and compliant water management. We’re excited to welcome ParkUSA to our Northwest Pipe family of high-quality water infrastructure systems and deepen our ability to support the precast market and provide solutions for crucial water segments, including wastewater products, stormwater, and water distribution.
