About the Job

Support the operations of the Perfect Plant by working with concrete and linings to manufacture a high quality product to meet customer’s needs. Lead the Production, Safety, and Quality operations of the plant. Following the instructions and directions of the Plant Manager and Supervisor.

Essential Functions & Major Responsibilities
  • Leads are accountable for meeting the daily production goals of their group
  • Super Leads are responsible for the Safety of their department including NWP Audit Cards, Safety Walkthroughs, PIT program, and safety training
  • Facilitate all department monthly inspections or other meetings and audits in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain adequate quantity of operational supplies to meet operations needs and order as needed
  • Schedule employee’s work to ensure greatest efficiency and productivity and share information with the Plant Manager
  • Make sure each employee is held accountable for all expectations in production efficiencies
  • Leads are the first contact for personnel issues in their department.  If they are unable to resolve the issue, then escalate to the Plant Manager
  • Actively look for new methods to increase efficiency
  • Set foam and holes from engineering drawings
  • Work with manhole forms from set up, prep, fill and tip out
  • Enter information into foam computer
  • Operate mixer and pouring buckets
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is necessary in order to perform the essential functions of this position.

Education/Experience

  • High school degree or GED
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar field
