About the Job

Under ongoing supervision the Laborer stulls pipe, prepares for stulling and performs general housekeeping.  Helps load and unload pipe, raw materials, coils, and other materials required by the facility.

Essential Functions & Major Responsibilities
  • Stulls pipe.
  • Prepares for stulling.
  • Performs general housekeeping.
  • Helps unloads materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Helps move product, materials and equipment safely.
  • Prepares vehicles and equipment for loads.
  • Mixes cement and prepares material for patchwork.
  • Performs cement labor as needed by lead person and supervisor.
  • Cuts materials in a safe manner to ensure safe transport of product and equipment
  • Counts and marks all materials.
  • Operates forklift in a safe manner.
  • Participates in all inventories.
  • Conducts STOP audits.
  • Ensures ISO procedures are performed correctly.
  • Performs other duties as needed by the Shipping Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
