Northwest Pipe Company regularly conducts management reviews of company practices, processes, and metrics including internal audits, corrective action programs and field product performance. All processes have been documented and are monitored for compliance to ensure delivery of the highest quality products to our customer. Internal assessments are used to confirm that "best practices" are in place, followed, and effective.

Each Northwest Pipe Company facility sets yearly business objectives around customer satisfaction goals and initiatives.
