Northwest Pipe Company’s philosophy is a daily approach to doing business and is proven in the overall quality management system, our ISO 9001:2000 certification. To achieve this objective, we continuously work together to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of our design, manufacturing, administrative, and support teams. Northwest Pipe Company regularly conducts management reviews of company practices, processes, and metrics including internal audits, corrective action programs and field product performance. All processes have been documented and are monitored for compliance to ensure delivery of the highest quality products to our customer. Internal assessments are used to confirm that "best practices" are in place, followed, and effective.
Each Northwest Pipe Company facility sets yearly business objectives around customer satisfaction goals and initiatives. Northwest Pipe Company is committed to responding to customer input and driving systemic improvements and discipline across all functions. We combine a progressive approach to gathering information with processes and tools, including:
