Northwest Pipe is becoming the standard by which all other fence framework manufacturers are being judged. With our POZITUBE™ and LIFECOAT™ products, residential, commercial and industrial applications are served with long lasting, dependable, and attractive products. All the fence framework products are made of high strength steel that is galvanized inside and out with pure zinc.
POZITUBE™
The 3 mil zinc coating, a six stage chemical conversion treatment, and the acrylic clear coating makes Pozitube™ one of the most corrosion resistant product of its kind on the market. Rails, line posts, and terminal posts are all available in industry OD's of 1 3/8" through 3". Another value-added feature of the residential Pozitube™ product is the inclusion of factory bar coding, providing efficient transfer from our inventory to yours.
LIFECOAT™
Lifecoat™ fence framework is our high strength, high quality fence tubing with a polyester powder coat. This coating, which meets ASTM coatings specifications F-1234-90A and F-934 for fence framework, is available in green, black and brown. The Lifecoat residential cut posts are available from stock in 1.660", 1.900", and 2.375" O.D. in standard line and terminal post lengths for 4', 5', and 6' fences. The LCX Industrial product is the preferred framework for the tennis community, athletic fields, parks, playgrounds, and other demanding fence applications. Lifecoat Schedule 40 is fence framework for heavy industrial uses. It meets the appropriate ASTM specifications for fence framework and coatings. Standard 8', 9', 11', and 13' lengths are available from inventory. The posts can also be cut to length to eliminate expensive field cutting and wasteful drops.
