William R. Tagmyer
Chairman of the Board
Bill Tagmyer joined Northwest Pipe Company in 1986 as President and CEO, and was named Chairman and CEO in January, 1998.
Previously he was Vice President of the Specialty Pipe Products Division of L.B. Foster Company and General Manager and President of Beall Pipe, Inc., a division of L.B. Foster. He also spent eight years with U.S. Steel and six years with the Marine & Rail Equipment Division of FMC Corporation in the areas of sales, marketing, product management and contract administration.
Bill is a graduate of Santa Clara University.
Brian W. DunhamPresident and Chief Executive Officer
Brian W. Dunham joined Northwest Pipe Company in 1990 after spending nine years with Coopers & Lybrand.
Brian was the company's Chief Financial Officer from 1990 through 1996. In 1995, he was appointed to the company's Board of Directors and was named Chief Operating Officer in 1997. He became the President of Northwest Pipe in January, 1998.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, Brian has attained both CPA and CMA certifications.
Charles L. KoenigSenior Vice President, General Manager - Water Transmission
Charles L. Koenig joined Northwest Pipe in March of 1992 in the newly-created position of Vice President of Manufacturing. In 1997, he assumed responsibility for operations of the Water Transmission Division. He was named Senior Vice President in January, 2002.
Prior to coming to Northwest Pipe he was Operations Manager for Thompson Pipe and Steel Company in Denver, Colorado.
A graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines, Chuck holds a degree in Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.
Bob MahoneyPresident Tubular Products Group
Bob Mahoney began his career with Northwest Pipe in 1992 as a marketing analyst and went on to spend several years with the sales department in Southern California. He was promoted to Director of Business Planning and Development in 1996. In 1998 he was appointed Vice President of Corporate Development.
Prior to joining Northwest Pipe, Bob was an Aviation Officer with the United States Army for six years.
A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1984, Bob received his MBA from the University of Virginia in 1992.
Stephanie WeltyChief Financial Officer
Stephanie Welty joined Northwest Pipe Company in November of 2007 as Sr. Vice President of Finance and CFO. Prior to joining Northwest Pipe Ms. Welty held positions of increasing responsibility in accounting, IT and finance including Vice president of Finance and CFO at TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. Ms Welty holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and is a CPA.
Gary StokesPresident Water Transmission Group
Gary Stokes joined Northwest Pipe in 1987 as Vice President of Sales for our California Division. In 1988, he became the Director of Marketing for the Company. He was appointed Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in January, 2002.
Prior to joining Northwest Pipe, Gary was with L.B. Foster Co. for eleven years. During that time his responsibilities grew from District Manager in Portland, Tacoma and Hayward, California, to Product Manager and Regional Manager responsible for Foster's West Coast sales.
